With the United Kingdom officially leaving the European Union, U.K customers may now be required to pay U.K V.A.T and customs duty on imported orders, depending on the value of items. Please note that it is an offense to under declare value to customs, so we urge our customers to not ask.

The customer is wholly responsible for these extra charges, and are not a reason to return your order. If you order is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we will not refund shipping under any circumstances. Due to the time it will take for the packet to reach us as "unclaimed" (it can take months), and the time it will take to restock the items into their drawers, etc - we regretfully must charge a restocking fee. This restocking fee only applies to returned packets due to refusal to pay customs/VAT. This will equal to 20% of the order excluding shipping.Last Updated: 17 Jan 2021
